Select this option if you wish to switch from a currently enrolled course to a different course. You must obtain approval from PDI before selecting this option. Course change requests must be made within 7 days from the original date of enrollment and approved only if you have not accessed the course content. In the notes box of the order form, enter your course change information by including the course number of the course you're currently enrolled in and the course number of the course you wish to switch to.
