Three Graduate Extension Credits from USD (University of San Diego)
Please read the following information VERY carefully.
Use this link to register for three graduate credits from University of San
Diego if you did not choose "course plus graduate level credit" when you
registered. NOTE that USD requires that you elect to take the course for credit
when you register. So, you may only use this purchase option if your
registration took place within the last 48 hours.

One Graduate Extension Credit from USD (University of San Diego)

Diego if you did not choose "course plus graduate level credit" when you

registration took place within the last 48 hours. Note that this option is only available for the following courses: 9T01, 10T01, 11T01, and 12T01.

Additional Transcript from University of San Diego (USD)
Only use this option to request an additional official university transcript for graduate level extension credit from the University of San Diego (USD). You may only request an additional transcript if you have already paid the graduate credit fee.
The transcript will contain all courses for which you have obtained graduate level extension credit through the University of San Diego (USD) up to and including the date PDI sends your form to USD. So, please wait to order additional transcripts until you have completed all courses you wish to appear on the transcript.

PDI Official Grade Report
Choose this option to receive an official PDI grade report. Please wait to order your official grade report until you have completed all courses you wish to appear on the report.

PDI Grade Report with Addendum Letter
Choose this option to receive an official PDI grade report and addendum letter. The PDI Grade Report with addendum letter is for participants who have requested and paid for graduate credit but need documentation in the interim while transcripts are in progress. The addendum letter is attached to the PDI grade report and will include notification that the course has been completed along with notification that transcripts are ‘in progress’. For participants who have requested and paid for graduate credit, this is a helpful document to have while awaiting transcripts and can be faxed upon request.

Re-enrollment Fee
If you received an incomplete in a course, you may re-enroll if it is approved by PDI. Contact Julee for details at julee@webteaching.com. If you have been approved for re-enrollment, choose this option, note the course number to be re-enrolled in, and also include the approval code from PDI. If you do not have an approval code, your re-enrollment will not be processed.
