** Similar to a WebQuest, in a virtual field trip (VFT), students are able to tour an attraction, a museum, a historical site, a country, etc. without leaving their desks. The VFT has graphics and information and links to additional resources and is set in a progressive format that guides students through the VFT by way of navigation tools. If you do an internet search for virtual field trips, you’ll be able to see many examples.
