The following states have approved PDI courses without the need for University credit: 

• Illinois (Request form ISBE 77-21 to use for CEU's)
• Rhode Island (15 or 45 contact hours)
• New Jersey (Provider #5251)
• Massachusetts

The following districts have approved PDI courses for salary advancement without the need for University credit. Teachers can receive a signed completion letter from PDI in the mail. Click here for instructions on obtaining a PDI official completion letter and grade report. Use that signed letter as proof of your course completion. (Note that PDI does its best to maintain this list. The list could be subject to change without notice.)

If your district is not listed that does not necessarily mean they will not take a completion letter. We urge you to contact your district to check for approval as this information is subject to change. If you need to supply your district with a detailed syllabus, contact Caryn Chavez at caryn@webteaching.com. Please let us know if your district accepts our letter but is not listed below. Lemon Grove School District (Completion letter may be used for salary advancement per Lynn Bouffard. Courses must be approved.)
