Chymaine's Biography
Hi! My name is Chymaine Lejsek. I started my educational journey teaching pre-kindergarten at a private school. Then going back to school after many years, I received my Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Cal State Fullerton. At the same school I became a Kindergarten teacher. I loved it, but still had the yearning to learn more! So I went back to school at Pepperdine University where I completed my Master of Arts in Education and a teaching credential with a CLAD emphasis. I am currently volunteering in my son’s classroom and loving every moment! I do miss teaching and am a true believer in life-long learning. My family is the sparkle of my eye! I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. My daughter, Caitlin, is currently in fourth grade and my son, Austin, just started Kindergarten. They all keep me on my feet and I treasure every minute of it!
Interesting tidbit: My family and I are die-hard Mighty Ducks fans. Needless
to say, last season was spectacular for us! One year, I had a Ducks player’s
son in my class. It was all my husband could talk about for months!
